are Biology's Beam & Balance Unflavoured Vitamin D3 + K2 Spray offers a potent blend of essential vitamins to support immunity, bone health, and overall well-being. Each 25ml bottle provides approximately 180 sprays, delivering a two-month supply.

Dosage: Three sprays deliver 4,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 100 µg of Vitamin K2. The dosage can be adjusted to individual needs, with one spray providing approximately 1,333 IU of Vitamin D3.
Ingredients: The formulation contains only three plant-based components: Vitamin K2 (K2VITAL® MK-7), Vitamin D3 (plant-derived cholecalciferol), and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) oil.
Suitability: This unflavoured spray is suitable for individuals aged one year and above, including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is 100% vegan and manufactured in the UK.

How to Use

3 sprays contain 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2, which is the maximum dose.

Adults 18+: 3 sprays a day under the tongue.
12-17 years old: 1 spray a day* under the tongue.

You can also take one spray for just over 1,300IU of D3 depending on your needs.

Note: You should never supplement K2 if you’re on blood-thinning medication such as warfarin. We advise everyone to take a vitamin D blood test to find out your levels if possible.check with your doctor before taking any supplements if you are on any medications, such as blood thinners, are about to have surgery, have health concerns or conditions.

Returns

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
