With all the expensive Manuka honeys on the market, how can you be sure that you are getting the real deal when significantly more Manuka honey is exported from New Zealand than actually produced… we're no mathematicians but it doesn't add up. Manuka honey is measured on a UMF scale, it's Unique Manuka Factor and the more factor you have the more expensive the price.

We pick local honey over imported every day of the week for a variety of reasons.
