How to Use

Create a soothing sleep ambiance by dispensing 6-8 drops into your scent diffuser. We suggest adding no more than two drops of essential oil per 20ml of water.

Time to Sleep can also be used as follows:

Mix 25-50 drops with 100ml water/alcohol and use as a room spray/freshener
Place 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale
Mix 6-8 drops with a scent-free shower gel for bathing
Mix 5 drops into 2 teaspoons/10ml base oil for use in massage
Mix 1 or 2 drops into a soft balm and use on pulse points
Apply 1 drop on each side of your pillow at bedtime

Returns

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
