Our personal selection of some of our favourite 'must-have' products from our hand selected nutrition and luxury natural and organic beauty ranges.
Facial Oil: Abloom Organic Miracle Treatment Oil
Abloom products really stand out from the 'Natural' crowd as they are so pure that you can eat them, although we don't recommend it as they are designed to make your skin amazing and not to taste good! Every single ingredient used is organic or wild harvested and has an active reason for being in the product. You won't catch sight of water used as an ingredient in any of their botanical formulations, all designed with care and attention to feed and nourish the skin.
This is a small but perfectly formed skincare range with only one cleanser, one day cream, one night cream suited to all skin types with their herbal 'adaptogenic' formulations meaning that they are designed to rebalance any skin type to reveal glowing and beautiful skin. The Abloom Miracle Treatment Oil really is a miracle oil which can be used not only as a facial oil but also a body or hair treatment oil too.
Containing Ashwaghanda, an adaptogenic that we often recommend as a supplement to support the nervous system and adrenals when it comes to stress and anxiety, used for the skin it de-stresses the tightness in the skin improving elasticity. Turmeric is another key ingredient addressing inflammation in the skin and improving the tone of the skin, reducing pigmentation and combating acne. White sandalwood aids the removal of toxins whilst Indian Sapsarilla purifies, cleanses and improves the texture of the skin.
Aloe Vera: Kiki Health Organic Aloe Ferox Juice
It's hard to find excellent quality Aloe Vera juice, with most on the market containing some preservatives that we definitely would not want to consume, ironic that these are used in supposed 'health' food products. Most people have heard of the many benefits of Aloe Vera juice both for the health of the digestive system, nutrient absorption and its ayurvedic cooling properties, but also in relation to stimulating collagen production and also promoting healthy hair growth. However, Aloe Ferox is the not so well known bigger brother, also known as Bitter Aloe or Cape Aloe and Ferox meaning fierce in Latin. It is researched as being much more powerful than aloe vera juice, whilst still retaining the same cocktail of nutrients and enzymes responsible for its medicinal benefits.
We Love Dr. Schulze's Superfood
Frequently described as pond water due to its look and taste (we're really selling it), this big jar of green power powder packs a punch! The formula is a classic unchanged formula that was created by Dr Schulze himself, with the most perfectionist attention to detail in terms of the both the formula and the quality of the ingredients. He's not just looking at Organic or Wild, he's concerned with exactly where in the world is the cleanest place to grow the ingredients so those lucky enough to consume it, will benefit from the best nutrient profile. An example of this is growing the ingredients using volcanic waters on sea beds to water the algaes direct from the mineral rich rocks whilst at the same time providing them with cover them to protect from any air pollution. We love his style!
Naturally providing high levels of B vitamins, vitamin D, antioxidants and detoxifying chorella and spirulina, this really does energise, alkalise and make you feel great. Also given recent fame via the power of the media as a man claimed that taking the Dr Schulze formula everyday was his secret to living past 100. Of course, we make no promises!.
Focus on: Viridian High Strength Synerbio
This probiotic is like no other on the UK market, a unique formulation providing high levels of the very well researched Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 strain, usually only found in American probiotics. Not only containing high levels of the best quality probiotics on the market, this also contains the unique FS2-60 prebiotic , offering full spectrum oligosaccharides and plant derived inulin to nurture all of those gloriously beneficial flora. When we nourish our microbiome, we nourish our whole body! We stock a huge range of probiotics and we're happy to advise which is the best for you.
Granny Knows Best: Epsom Salts
We see a common theme here that this is the wisdom of our Grandparents was something to be respected as yet again we pick an age old remedy. Even if the science wasn't there to prove the theories, they sure had tools on hand to support good health naturally. Epsom salts are only called salt as they are similar in appearance to table salt (sodium chloride) whereas the scientific name of Epsom salts is magnesium sulphate, so an entirely different substance. So called 'Epsom' as one of the earliest discoveries was in Epsom back in Shakespeare's day. Magnesium and sulphur are two essential nutrients for the health of our bodies with magnesium being a key co-factor in a huge number of enzymatic functions in the body, especially relating to both energy production and sleep. Sulfur supports detoxification pathways in the liver too which goes hand in hand with the heat of a warm bath and switching your body into 'rest and digest mode' for eliminating toxins and the perfect nights sleep. We only supply the highest grade Epsom salts and recommend using a double handful of salts per bath and bathing for around 20 minutes, 3 times a week. We also love them as an ingredient to make your own exfoliating salt scrub too!
Blissful Bathtime: Olverum Bath Oil
Soaking in that Epsom salt bath? Why not transform your bathroom into a heavenly aromatherapeutic spa experience. Olverum, meaning 'true oil' is a cult classic scent of blended herbals created back in 1931. Franz and Edith Klein pursued their passion to find the perfect therapeutic oil using a blend of the finest singular herbs from their ancient garden, bequeathed to them by Cistercian apothecaries. Initially given to their friends as Christmas gifts, the response was overwhelming but in 1943 production had to be halted during the war as limits in the supply of finest essential oils made it impossible to produce and Franz refused to compromise on quality. Burying the secret recipe in their monastic garden, it wasn't until 1948 that production resumed and their son, Peter, devoted himself to bringing this luxury blend to a wider audience, whilst retaining the quality, passion and original recipe of his parents. Feel the warmth of the bath envelop your whole body, inhale and relax!
One of our Favourite Cleansers: Dr Hauschka's Soothing Cleansing Milk
An unchanged classic from a firm favourite brand. Dr. Hauschka is a well known brand name in the cosmetics world, although not a cult product or beauty bloggers latest must-have, this product remains unchanged and stands the test of time. They don't make a big deal about the fact that they source biodynamic ingredients, it's packaged in glass, they use organic or wild crafted ingredients where possible or they believe in harnessing the rhythmical power of nature, but all of these things are core values at the heart of the brand making it one we absolutely love.
Despite expanding into mainstream markets, they still stand true to their roots and their ethics remaining a privately owned company and not selling out to a global manufacturer (like pretty much all other mainstream brands), and so retaining their outstanding quality. We love their Soothing Cleansing Milk which contains anthyllis, jojoba and almond oil to gently cleanse and maintain the skins naturally protective acid mantle. We recommend using a little between two cotton pads soaked in a little warm water and placed over the eyes to emulsify and remove eye make up without the need to rub this delicate area. Then cleanse the whole face using the rich and creamy milk, splash with warm water and use the Dr Hauschka muslin cloth for a slight exfoliation, always working from the middle of the face out in gentle sweeping movements. Finally spritz with the Facial Toner to refresh and soothe the skin. Get your glow on!
A Luxury SPF with Coverage: De Mamiel Exhale Daily Hydrating Nectar SPF 30
We have loved this product since it first launched and it seems we are not alone, winner of many awards. de Mamiel Exhale Daily Hydrating Nectar is a light formula providing a matt finish with a barely there tint to even out skin tone, yet is fluid like in consistency making it easy to apply and not leaving a white residue. The formula is ideal for holidays where you want slight coverage and a flawless 'no make up' look complete with UV protection but without the 'shiny' appearance of normal SPFs. Back to day to day UK usage as a daily moisturiser make up sits on top perfectly as this creates an almost primer base and protects from pollution so we're ready for amazing skin whatever the weather. The formula is packed with antioxidants, Raspberry Seed Oil, Prickly Pear seed oil, Quercetin and Tocopherol creating a champion antioxidant rich blend for skin regeneration, combining with heavenly essences of flowers for an aromtherapeutic and empowering morning ritual.

The Sun Balm is a clear balm and the only one of the range containing an SPF to protect and provide long lasting coverage during the summer months. The silky smooth formula contains hints of vanilla and soothing chamomile combined with rich antioxidant oils such as Red Raspberry seed, Sea Buckthorn and Pomegranate Seed. The SPF is from non nano zinc oxide providing broad spectrum UVA and UVB coverage to protect the lips whilst we enjoy the sun.
A Must Have Supplement is Kef-flamex
Living Nutrition Kef-Flamex combines a wonderful blend of true superfoods in a fermented formula to activate and unleash the power of the ingredients whilst also providing a probiotic benefit. Most of todays chronic conditions are as a result of inflammatory processes being activated in the body which can be as a result of poor lifestyle and diet and further exacerbated by the stress. This clever little formula includes one of our favourite medicinal anti-inflammatory foods, the almighty reishi mushroom, anciently revered as the mushroom of immortality. Turmeric, green tea and ginger are also combined to provide further anti-inflammatory support, not to mention their huge antioxidant compounds including curcuminoids and ECGC.
As well as activating anti-inflammatory pathways, this is also designed to support liver detoxification and clearance including dandelion, fennel and nettle to ensure a whole body support. Not only including these highly prized ingredients, they are all then fermented using a kefir-kombucha complex ensuring that the ingredients are bioavailable for the body to use and also providing natural probiotic support. What is not to love!
