Fran found reflexology whilst looking for ways to support her own wellbeing whilst managing a demanding job and a busy family life. She always found the treatments to be incredibly relaxing and calming and a great stress reliever. She was so convinced about the power of reflexology, she decided to train as a reflexologist to enable her to share this wonderful practice with others.

Fran has a Level 5 Reflexology Diploma, the highest level qualification in Practitioner Reflexology in the U.K. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and has completed additional specialist training in:

  • Meridian Therapy
  • Enhancing Fertility and Maternity Care
  • Reflexology for Cancer and Supportive Care (The Christie School of Oncology)
  • Reflexology Lymph Drainage (Sally Kay Method)
  • Reflexology for Menopause
  • NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody is an advanced reflexology treatment effective in helping people suffering with stress and anxiety)

Fran is also trained in Indian head massage. Some clients enjoy a stand alone Indian head massage but clients looking for deep relaxation often choose a combined reflexology and Indian head massage treatment.

Fran adapts each treatment to your specific, individual needs, taking a compassionate, empathetic approach.
