• ‘Introduction to Nutrition’ presentations – these can be optional to attend for employee wellness. They can be a one off presentation for interesting education as part of a rotational service of employee wellbeing offerings or we can run a series of talks around different subject areas either to develop a deeper understanding of optimising health or with a focus on specific subject matters relating to your employees or business specific needs. Our talks are always fun and informative, packed with top tips on how to feel your best. These can either be for a small segment of your workforce and quite interactive or can be designed to reach a larger audience depending on the needs of your business.
• Private Nutrition Consultation services for your employees – rather than in a group setting, these one to one sessions offer a private space for your employees to have the option of supporting their own specific health needs. We offer easy to follow advice with simple adaptations which have the potential to make the most difference to health. These can run as a simple drop in sessions as a one off service to suit your budget needs or at regular intervals determined by your business. Alternatively, we can run these as full Nutrition Consultations as per our usual offering which can be part subsidised or paid for in as part of your employee wellness strategy.
