We can prepare your order for you to collect from the shop. This will be possible between 9.30am to 5pm. This will available for telephone and online orders (please select 'collect from store' as your delivery option and we'll contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect).
We now ask that since some restrictions have been lifted, that people come to collect their orders unless they are self isolating or in the vulnerable group.
For orders placed from customers falling within a 3 mile radius, we offer delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays. This is subject to stock/staff availability. We will operate a safe and contactless delivery, leaving orders on your doorstep and informing you of your orders arrival.
Orders from customers falling outside of the 3 mile radius will be delivered by Royal Mail as per our delivery policy below.

Please note that we are unable to ship nail varnish, perfume and room spray internationally.

In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item we will endeavor to inform you within 48 hours.
If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
Please send all returns on a trackable service. Include your order number, name and date of order.
