Pilates

Julia of PhysioPilates is our friend who owned a Pilates studio round the corner. She took her business online during Covid and hasn't looked back. Now she helps people everywhere to build strength, improve posture and look and feel their best. We highly recommend Julia.

Another fabulous Pilates teacher and friend is Saskia. A trained dancer and true professional, she has now moved into teaching Pilates full time. Saskia offers one-to-one classes locally.

Sadie Pickering... The gorgeous Sadie runs and her soul circles and soul events locally. These are a unique combination of healing modalities (body/emotional/energy/soul work) that centre around cycles of nature and our own cycles.
