Our juice cleanse is designed by our in-house Nutritional Therapist, Jackie Coldwell, for the perfectly balanced nutritional intake and can be done for one or two days either in combination with very light food intake or just the drinks provided alongside herbal teas and water. The perfect time of year to cleanse and feel light, bright and refreshed ready for seasonal change.

What's included?

• 6 different drinks per day including a combination of seasonal juices with the inclusion of functional foods to reset, recharge and feel your best.
• Information provided the week before to prep you for your cleanse.
• Supplement minis to support you throughout the cleanse.

When?

The programme will take place from with a one day or two day option. Juices are to be collected from Therapy Organics on Wednesday 17th March and will be ready for collection from 8am onwards.
