Now produced using 50% high-concentration hot water extract (9-11:1) & 50% full-spectrum hot-water extract both from fruiting body providing a naturally higher level of beta-glucans and dietary fibre derived from the mushroom itself.

Take up to 1½ level 5 ml tsp daily, (suggested intake 2-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.
