Silymarin is a milk thistle seed extract standardized to the active phytonutrients silymarin. Silymarin is a unique flavonoid complex of silybin, silydianin, and silychrisin derived from the milk thistle plant.

As a liver support herb, it is commonly used during health protocols to help encourage better liver detoxification which supports all areas of health from digestion to hormones and can even help a hangover!
