How to Use

Therapy Herbal Teas use only the finest quality ingredients, in therapeutic blends designed for their health benefits and taste. Use freshly boiled water, allow to cool for a moment. Infuse for a minimum of 3 minutes (or more according to your taste). Due to the high quality of the product the tea can be re-infused many times. We hope you enjoy your tea as much as we do!
