The Great day gift box contains the NEOM Organics Great Day Wild Mint and Mandarin Hand and Body Wash and Hand and Body Lotion. However, we can make up the same gift box with any of the other NEOM body washes and lotions.

All of our gift boxes are bespoke whilst our pre-made boxes provide some suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us to make up the perfect gift box for your loved one. Stock Availability

In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item we will endeavour to inform you within 48 hours.

Returns

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

Please send all returns on a trackable service. Include your order number, name and date of order.
