• 5% Blue Chamomile Essential Oil:
  • Bath: Add 10-15 drops to a warm bath.
  • Room Diffuser: Add 7-10 drops in water to a diffuser or oil burner to create a calming and soothing environment. Clean after each use.
  • Body/Skincare: Dilute before use. Add 10 drops to 10ml of a chosen carrier/base oil.
