Amaranth grain is a fibre-rich grain and has been a traditionally used staple food for many years. In several ways and is similar to rice or maize and can be prepared in the same way or used to make porridge - great paired with honey and topped with sliced banana and almonds for a healthy start to the day.

It is the seed of the amaranth plant, is an excellent source of protein and fibre, and offers a great source of minerals such as iron and magnesium. Due to its natural flavour that is neither sweet nor savoury, amaranth grain can be enjoyed in many ways.

It is popular in Mexico where it is used to make candy during festival times such as the Day of The Dead.

Returns

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
