How to Use

To prepare, dissolve a pea-sized amount (250mg) of the product in warm or hot water, tea, or your preferred warm beverage.

Take this mixture 1-2 times daily, with or without meals. Please note that the liquid must be warm or hot for the Shilajit to dissolve properly.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is unnecessary.
