ŐSI MAGNESIUM uses a unique magnesium chloride solution that it is extracted from the depths of 1500-2000 meters from the inactive Zechstein Sea, a prehistoric sea hidden thousands of meters deep in the earth’s crust. Its location, and the fact that it is protected from any form of modern, negative environmental impact, makes it the purest source of magnesium chloride and is preserved in its genuine energetic state. This ultra pure and highly energised mineral is mined using state-of-the-art biotechnological methods to prevent any contamination.

Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body, it plays a vital role in the health of the body and brain but UK government statistics indicate that magnesium consumption has sharply declined over the past century.

Magnesium is used in over 300 processes in the body some of which are responsible for regulating the cardiovascular processes, nervous system and the energy balance of the body. It is also important for the absorption of calcium.

Some key benefits of Magnesium include

• Reducing tiredness and fatigue
