How to Use

Add 2 cups of Epsom salt to the water in a standard-sized bathtub. Soak for at least 12 minutes.

With a depletion in soil minerals over the years and more digestive health issues, we struggle to get enough of this mineral. Add to that, the fact that certain medications and also stress, deplete us of this essential mineral and most of us could do with more.

Bathing in the salts allows absorption of magnesium directly via the skin which is the largest organ in our body. If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.
