How to Use

All Alexandra Kay essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted before use. Do not apply directly to the skin.

Create a happiness-inducing ambiance by dispensing 6-8 drops into your scent diffuser. We suggest adding no more than two drops of essential oil per 20ml of water.

Time to Smile can also be used as follows:

Mix 25-50 drops with 100ml water/alcohol and use as a room spray/freshener
Place 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale
Mix 6-8 drops with a scent-free shower gel for bathing
Mix 5 drops into 2 teaspoons/10ml base oil for use in massage
Mix 1 or 2 drops into a soft balm and use on pulse points
Apply 1 drop on each side of your pillow at bedtime

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
