Blend one (15g) tablespoon of powder with 250ml of water, fruit juice, vegetable juice or coconut water. Liquidize or hand-whisk. Ideally drink immediately, however, it can also be put into a drinking container with a lid and stored in the fridge up to 8-10 hours. Adults may consume up to 4 tablespoons a day. Young children can start with a quarter of a teaspoon and can progress up to one teaspoon and increase with age.

The botanical ingredients have been naturally dried then tumble blended for less than two minutes to preserve their nutritional vitality and integrity. The cell walls of the chlorella are gently cracked to ensure optional absorption. The spirulina has been grown in Hawaii using deep well volcanic water.
