Mungo Murphy's Single Sea-Bag contains approximately 50g of dried and ground Laminaria Digitata from the wild Atlantic waters of Connemara.

How to Use

The Sea-Bag also makes for a very good loofah in the bath and once used, it can be used again for a second bath or in the shower as a scrub. Squeeze the bag to release the oils for a face mask whilst soaking.
