Sambucus nigra L. is the Latin name for Black Elder. The dark blue/black berries of this plant have many naturally-occurring nutritional substances such as Rutin, Quercetin (flavonoids) and Anthocyanins. How to Use

For daily maintenance: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take two (2) teaspoons daily.Children 6-12 years of age, take one (1) teaspoon daily. For Intensive Use: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take two (2) teaspoons four (4) times daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take one (1) teaspoon two (2) times daily
