How to Use

Mix approximately 1 serving with hot water or milk substitute of your choice. Adults take 1-3 servings per day.

For a delicious creamy barista style latte try the following:

Warm 250ml of your favourite milk
In your cup, mix 1 serving of latte mix with a dash of milk or hot water to make a runny paste
Pour the frothed milk in, ensuring a good mix
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweeten if desired

Get Creative:

Blend with cold milk and ice, for an iced latte
Add to smoothies, porridge, yogurt or any recipe
