How to Use

Take 1 serving (approx 4 x 5ml level tsps) 1-3 times per day.

Mix with a mug of hot water, or drink of your choice.

Sip it like tea for warming nourishment, or use it as a nutritious base for your favourite recipes.

Planet Paleo bone broth contains only the highest quality pure ingredients which means it can be slightly harder to mix smoothly. We recommend mixing a small bit with some liquid and making a paste first before adding the rest of the liquid, or it can be stirred into recipes during the cooking process.
