Pure Strength Omega 3 provides 800mg of EPA and 400mg of DHA in easy-to-swallow capsules from MSC certified, sustainable Alaskan Pollock. Omega 3 Fish oils have been shown to support brain, heart and eye health as well as being safe and essential during pregnancy and breast-feeding (our oil does not contain vitamin D or A). Freshness and purity are paramount; so the oils are cold extracted and free of contaminants such as PCBs and heavy metals. Gelatin capsules are made of fish gelatin only (no pork or beef gelatin).
