Eskimo®-3 Extra is a pure and stable omega-3 fish oil providing high levels of fatty acids EPA and DHA in their optimal 3:2 ratio. Each capsule typically provides 300mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids have been well studied, with EPA and DHA contributing to the normal function of the heart, and DHA supporting normal brain function and vision.

EPA and DHA also provides support for normal blood pressure, skin health and normal triglyceride levels.

Eskimo®-3 Extra also contains Vitamin E to ensure long term stability meaning no fishy odours or aftertaste. Vitamin E has the health benefit of contributing to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and damage. Oxidative damage can lead to premature ageing and DNA damage.

How to Use

Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as directed.

We love the Brainsharp oil with the addition of the CoQ10 to keep the mind sharp and focused, available both in liquid oil formats and capsules too. Omega 3 essential fatty acids have a myriad of functions in the body and our Western diets tend to be lacking. These special essential fats help to keep every single cell in the body flexible and able to function. They also very importantly, convert to anti-inflammatory molecules within the body, which can be particularly beneficial in our pro-inflammatory world!

Our main food sources of omega-3 essential fats are things like oily fish and seeds so if your diet is short of these then fish oil may be helpful as a supplement.
