One daily capsule provides 560mg of DHA, the building block of brains and eyes, made in the UK from sustainably sourced Norwegian fish oil, independently certified pure and fresh and with environmentally conscious packaging.

It’s best to take your capsule with meals to help your body absorb the omega-3, and it can help you get into the habit of taking your supplement. If you suffer from pregnancy nausea, take it after you’ve eaten. The capsule is very easy to swallow.
