DHA, a type of omega-3, is hugely important for brain & eye tissue. Mindful is a super easy 1 a day capsule that gives you the same omega-3 as a tin of sardines, giving you peace of mind your brain is getting what it needs.

Omega-3 content per dose: One small capsule has 560mg DHA. The EFSA states DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function at 250mg per day.
Wild, Sustainably Caught Fish: We only work with Norwegian fisheries and manufacturers certified by both Friends of the Sea and the Marin Trust. We never use farmed fish, only small wild fish which are right at the bottom of the food chain, meaning they contain fewer heavy metals and other pollutants such as PCBs.

In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item we will endeavour to inform you within 48 hours.
If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
