BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences

My background is rooted in a deep love for wellbeing, beauty, and helping people feel their absolute best from the inside out. I trained to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy Sciences at Guildford College in 2009, gaining a strong understanding of the body and skin, and how everything works in harmony. I went on to work in spas with a number of well-known global skincare brands, before stepping outside my comfort zone to explore health. This new direction led me to manage a beautiful independent health store in Richmond, London for over six years, where I truly expanded my knowledge of nutrition, supplements, and holistic health. This is where much of my hands-on learning came to life.

Working with a wide range of clients in London naturally shaped my approach to be both professional and genuinely personable. In 2022, I made the big decision to leave London and relocate to Manchester — a move that I now know was the right one in so many ways.

Today, I combine nutritional guidance with holistic therapies in a calm, down to earth way, creating a safe and nurturing space where people feel heard, supported, and confident on their journey towards better health, balance, and tranquillity. Holistic treatments are my first love and I deliver them with complete dedication and care. All the while, giving advice on nutritional health (now that I’ve got the experience in this field) now follows closely behind, something I have seen first hand can make a truly life changing difference, whatever the condition or concern.

I thrive on supporting each individual challenge that walks through the door. My aim is always to help clients find practical, realistic solutions to ease their symptoms while also giving them the space to unwind, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves through the healing power of touch during my treatments.
