Joanna has always been deeply passionate about holistic therapies and the profound impact they can have on people’s lives. Her goal has always been to help others find balance, calm, and wellbeing through treatments that truly make a difference.

Her journey into reflexology began after experiencing its incredible ability to regulate hormones and manage high stress levels after having her children. It was during this time that she discovered how powerful reflexology can be in addressing stress, anxiety, and women’s health. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in helping others through this transformative therapy.

Before discovering reflexology, Joanna worked as a beauty and holistic therapist. During that time, she trained with some of the world’s leading skincare brands. These experiences taught her the importance of delivering exceptional service and helped her develop an instinct for creating truly relaxing and transformative experiences for my clients.

After taking time out to raise her family, she decided to retrain and continue her passion for holistic therapies. She studied at the Contemporary Reflexology College and achieved a Level 5 qualification in Clinical Reflexology—the highest standard of reflexology training in the UK. To further complement her skills, she also trained in Reiki (Levels 1 and 2) with the Ki Retreat, after being drawn to its deeply restorative and healing qualities.

She is dedicated to helping others feel peaceful, grounded, and aligned. Her treatments are designed to provide a space to take time for yourself—a moment of tranquillity in your busy life. One of her favourite aspects of being a therapist is building strong, trusting relationships with her clients and getting to know them as individuals.

Outside of her work in the treatment room, she loves spending time in nature, walking her two dogs, and embracing creative pursuits like pottery, cooking, and yoga. She also makes time for meditation and mindfulness to maintain her own sense of balance. Connecting with friends and family is equally important to her, to nurtures her well-being and allows her to bring positive energy into every treatment she provides.
