This test provides a unique and comprehensive assessment of nutritional status, which is the same as the Metabolomix Plus Advanced with added extras. This test requires a full blood sample done via a partner phlebotomy service together with the urine sample and this provides the analysis of some additional markers such as vitamin D, glutathione and homocysteine.

This test offers a deep insight into your personal nutritional needs and provides information to create a bespoke and actionable plan together with your Nutritional Therapist. Includes the following metabolic areas:

  • Amino Acid Status

Note that with this more advanced version of the test, optional genetic add ons are also available at an extra cost that can be discussed with your Nutritional Therapist.

In accordance with professional code of conduct, a full Initial Nutrition Consultation is required before running this test with a member of our Nutritional Therapy team. The practitioner can then assess your needs and provide guidance on a Nutrition Plan which may include recommendations for Functional Nutrition Tests if these are deemed useful to influence the guidance. A full test interpretation is then provided during a Follow Up Nutrition Consultation with recommendations put in place taking into account your test results alongside your clinical presentation and health goals.
